Red Stag
Thriving without natural predators, red deer have spread rapidly since being introduced into our ecosystem. In other words, you stand a good chance of a massive trophy stag adorning your wall.

Elk/Wapiti
New Zealand elk, or wapiti, were introduced in the early 1900s in Fiordland and on private game estates such as ours. Known for their substantial size and large antlers, these big game trophies are popular for a reason.

Bull Tahr
Originating from the central Himalayan ranges, these free-range alpine big game have thrived in our alps, and we have access to some of the best private tahr hunting country in New Zealand.

Chamois
Small, agile, and highly alert, many of our guests have managed to bag one of these challenging trophies.

Fallow Buck
Often sought after for their stunning antlers, fallow deer are smaller in size than red deer but have the most colour variation in their species. Leucistic (white) is a rare find: one that’s been secured with us.

Rams
Rare, hardy, and energetic, Arapawa and scrub sheep are known for their impressive horns and nearly went extinct in the 1980s. They can be hunted on some New Zealand estates: South Pacific Safaris is one of them.
